I keep trying to use this program, but I wasn't successful. Every time when I place an order, it keeps asking for an Internet connection even if I am connected to the Internet. What can I do?

Make sure that you use a stable Internet connection. Also, the program might be blocked to access the Internet by your Windows Firewall or by a third party firewall like your antivirus program. To fix this, depending on your OS, you need add the program to the allow list of your Firewall. For Windows 7, go to Start > Control Panel > Windows Firewall > click on Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall (from the left side of the screen). On the new window, scroll through the list and make sure to check all the boxes next to aVinci Studio. To finish, click OK. You should be able to place an order after you did this.
