First of all, you need to download your iThoughts files on your computer. In order to complete this operation, connect your iPad to your computer with a USB cable and start the transferring process. After that, move those files in your FreeMind folder and open them. Before you start all these operations, I suggest you to see if iThoughts files can be opened with FreeMind.
