AllChars for Windows 8.1

I'm sure you've been asked many times but I can't find any reference here to AllChars for Windows 8.1. I tried installing it and it causes my fast PC to be very, very slow, although it does seem to create an accented text. So, is there any prospect of a Windows 8.1 compatible version?

Unfortunately, the application is not compatible with Windows 8.1 or prior until Vista where it partially works. This means that you will not be able to fully use it in Windows 8.1. On the developer's website, the application is mentioned to be compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4, 2000, XP and Vista (partly). As you can see even Vista has problems running it.
