My Rainbow program doesn't work in my new 64bit computer. What can I do?

Your operating system (64bit) has a different architecture and it seems that you have been using the program on a 32bit one. In this case you will need to install a 64bit version of the software or you could try and use the compatibility mode by right clicking on the executable of the file. Then choose Properties > Compatibility tab and from the drop-down list use the operating system you knew the software worked well. In case this is not a good approach and the software simply refuses to run, then you should search for a 64bit version of the software by contacting or visiting the page of the software in discussion.
