I have it installed, but don't know what it does and if it is safe to uninstall it.
The application provides a way to generate tokens to log in to the Aviion service. It's installed with a third party application which in this case you can uninstall if there is no need for its presence on your computer. You can use Revo Uninstaller to get rid of the application in case the usual uninstall fails.
