Gaining access to the application.

I am locked out of my Diamond Connection program. I need access to my billing & inventory. Can you help me?

This error could be caused by multiple reasons. First check the connection to the database since Diamond Connection uses database to store the items. However, disable the Firewall and then recheck the database connections including IP, username, password, port, etc. The Diamond Connection Solutions should have a way to reset the password or use a master password. Check the login windows for more information.
