The printer won't work on warm weather.

We have had this Flashjet 4800 DVD printer for a while now and every summer or hot day the title error message shows. We have tried fans and coolers played on to the system, generally when the coolness of the evening arrives the printer will boot normally and show correct ink levels. What can be the reason why this is happening?

According to official specs of the printer, the device can work on temperatures between 40-95 F (5 - 35 C) and a humidity between 20 % - 80 %. This is the reason why you experience the behavior that you described. There is no problem with the driver or anything else. Simply, if it gets to hot, the printer's functionality is diminished. To fix this problem, change the environment in which you use the printer to a colder one. This is the only thing that you can do.
