You can try to perform a soft reset of your Acer v200 navigation device. In order to do the soft reset you need to be sure that your device is turned on. After that, on the backside of your device you will see a button that says Reset. Use a paperclip to press that button. Another method is to perform a hard reset operation, but this method will erase the time and date for your device and also the GPS settings. To hard reset it, go to the backside of your device, and switch down and up again the battery button (use this method only if the soft reset method doesn't work). After you have finished one of these methods, go to Google Search and download again the updates that you need for this device.
