How do I input my fingerprint to make it work on my simple log in?

I downloaded Validity WBF DDK with my update to Windows 8.1. How do I input my fingerprint to make it work on my simple log in?

The Validity WBF DDK software installs as a low-level DLL and USB driver which makes it possible to operate the fingerprint sensor on your device. For example, this software does not allow you to configure the fingerprints. You will need to use other software that is bundled with your laptop in order to configure fingerprints to log on Windows.
