Every time I try to download a game, the process stops at 95%. What can I do to fix this problem?

There can be multiple causes that make the download process stop at 95% (a corrupted or a missing file, a failed update, etc.). Before trying anything else, I recommend you to clear the program caches. If you have the same problem with the download after you cleared all the caches, I recommend you to reinstall the application.
