Fifa 2012 does not work on DirectX 11. You actually require the installation of DirectX 9.0c libraries. To do this, simply visit the Microsoft website and download DirectX 9.0c June 2010 which is the latest one and most compatible one with games released. Download the package then launch it from the saved location. You will be asked to provide a temporary folder path to store the extracted files. Once it finishes, go to that folder and launch setup.exe. Click Next, Next and wait for finish. Once it's finished, you can start Fifa 2012. Make sure that your sound and graphic drivers are also updated to their latest versions.
