How can I install Maxhire 32bit on a 64bit OS?

I need to install Maxhire on my PC but it is a 32bit version and I have a 64bit OS.

It seems that it's not possible to install this application on a 64bit OS because it will simply not work. This matter is discussed by the developers and I believe they will port it to 64bit, but there isn't a BETA to this release yet.
