There seems to be a problem with the hardware/battery. In such cases, it's recommended to either replace the battery if you have the possibility or visit a phone service repair shop to change the battery. If you still benefit from warranty service, you can send it to them for repairs. However, plug the AC cable to the device and power it on. If you've attempted a factory reset, it could take a couple of minutes before the device comes on.
