My replacement mobile keeps coming up with: You haven't activated your Mcafee Security. I used "Forgot password", but then it says: "We have sent you a reset via email. I haven't received an email. What can I do?

If they sent you an email, try checking the SPAM folder. Sometimes good emails can be delivered to the SPAM folder because of various reasons. Try removing the application then install it again. You shouldn't encounter problems while doing so. However, in some cases, you might need to disable the application from Device Administrators before uninstalling.
