I downloaded the viewer software on my Mac but I have no sound out of my it. The software says that you also get the sound with the HD version.
Before you start the program, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the appropriate driver for your Mac computer. These can be found on the official website. There you can also find a troubleshooter regarding the software.
