Avguis.exe mentioned an error at the start of computer.

Question

I installed AVG free version, and had to uninstall it due to a conflict. Now when I start the computer, there is that file: Avguis.exe mentioned an error and to close application.

How do I remove this Avguis.exe file?

First go to Start > Run and type msconfig. Select the Startup tab then uncheck the entry containing the AVGUIS.EXE file. Start Task Manager from Ctrl + Shift + ESCAPE and manually terminate the file if it's running, then navigate to its path and deleted it. You can get the path from the Startup tap in msconfig utility.
