Whenever you want to move data files from a computer to another or from a Windows version to another you can use a transfer tool or simply with a USB device. You cannot transfer PC Relocator Ultra Control as simple as any other files. This application need to be installed, because there will be files placed elsewhere than the location in which the program will be installed. Therefore, I recommend you to perform a fresh installation of this application on your new Windows 8.1 operating system.
