We cannot open Canon My Image Garden. We've uninstalled and re-installed the software and still nothing. Can you help?
I suggest you upgrade to application to the latest version compatible with your system. You can download and install it free of charge from Canon web page. Identify your printer model, select your operating system and download and install the application from Drivers & Software section.
This is not an answer and I have the same problem. Did you ever receive a proper explanation, as the above seems to resolve nothing? Many thanks James
