My Sony hard drive is not showing in my Mac.

Password Protection Manager is not showing in Mac. Can you tell me how to open the hard drive?

The Password Protection Manager is not compatible with Mac. The application is designed to run in Windows operating systems. That's why when you plug the hard drive to a Mac the unlock window does not appear.
