It's possible that you need to download and install a special driver for your device. Usually, this can be found on a disc that comes together with it, or on the official website of the manufacturer. I suggest to search for the driver on a mentioned location. Also, some devices request to install the driver manually. If you find in this situation, go to Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > right click on the item with a yellow exclamation mark and choose Update driver. From there, just follow the instruction provided by the wizard. In this matter, it's possible that you encounter a hardware malfunction with your USB ports. To fix it, try to use another USB port.
