The program won't load with my custom ACA profile

I love this plugin and what it does. I can get the plugin to work when I start AutoCAD Architecture from out of the box. However, I get an unknown command when I attempt to run it from my customization. I am sure that I am missing something but I can't find it. Any suggestions?

This error doesn't seem to be a known bug or error. The troubleshooting page doesn't list it. However, according to other users, the plugin works fine without any errors. I recommend reinstalling it, then use the information on the official website to install it again.
