When I install TV Home Media on Window 8 why can't I hear the voice?

You can't hear the voice because the sound isn't probably correctly configured. Click the volume icon on the system tray and then choose PlayBack devices. Make sure the audio device from the TV Home Media is installed. If you can't find it in that location, go to Device Manager and make sure the drivers for TV Home Media are installed correctly.

Another reason might be the fact that the drivers or the software is not compatible with Windows 8 operating system.
