The problem could be caused by various reasons: modem not configured correctly, improper configuration in the Settings menu, IRQ port conflict, software bugs, etc.
However, the developers recommend to switch manually check the configuration data, restart the computer and the filan recommendation is to re-install the software. This could be a problem with the software itself. Additionally, go to Deivce Manager and make sure that the modem is properly installed. Contrary, install it using Update Driver.
