How do you interpret seed/peers ratio in the new version of uTorrent?

The newest version of uTorrent (3.4.1 build 30888) is tracking the seeders vs peers in a new way Seeds/Peers, but it isn't with the normal raw bracketed and non bracketed numbers of previous versions. The numbers now appear only under the Peers column. The numbers are a whole digits with a decimal and then 3 more digits (eg: 2.030). How do you interpret these??

You can activate the number of Seeds and Peers by right clicking on the bar with the tabs. The ratio is calculated by dividing the number of seeds to the number of peers.
