Install PC Companion, then connect the phone to the computer. Once the connection is established, simply click on the Backup/Restore tab to be able to perform the requested operations. You have the possibility to save the contacts to VCF or CSV formats that are generally used by applications of this type.

I think you need some ways to backup your data, not just move them to the computer.
