Can't find the Acer webcam icon to take pictures and videos. Can you help?

I can't find the Acer Crystal Webcam icon on the Start menu. The cam works on Skype but I can't take videos or pics unless I can open the webcam software!

I've tried everything but nothing seems to be working. I've re-installed, I checked on imaging device an it says it's working properly. I've updated the driver, nothing will work.

To install the support application, you can go to the Program Files folder and locate it under the Acer folder or download the support software from the Acer Support website. Visit the website, enter the model of your laptop device, then you will be able to download the required software.
