Internet Helper Toolbar icon on Windows 8.

I have installed Internet Helper toolbar but unable to find icon in Windows 8 operating system. Where can I find this icon?

You can't find its icon because this is not application. It installs as an add-on for your browser. Start your favorite browser then you will be able to open it. If the toolbar is not enabled, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons (Internet Explorer compatible) and enable it. Restart the browser and it will appear.
