Can't use the device after I changed the provider.

I got an Alcatel X500M, which I bought in Israel from Cellcom and used it there. Now, I am in Zambia and I'm using Airtel. But I can't use my device anymore. Is there a program that I need to download?

You can find all the available items to download on the following official website. However, this isn't the reason why you can't use the device. It's possible that the new provider can't work with the device you mentioned. In this matter, it's better that you contact a representative of them for additional support.
