I am using WhatsApp on PC, now how to save pictures to my PC?

As there is a different system on Working with WhatsApp in PC than using in Android base mobile. Can you help?

how tp download picture from bluestack in pc. I have tried quickpic doiwnlaoding but failed..

This is a custom application designed by a 3rd party developer. I have checked all the websites that were available, but none contained information related to this application. You will either have to use the official application in Bluestacks or connect your phone to PC in USB mode to transfer the files. There is no other way.
