The only way to update the Blu-ray player is through the device itself. Connect it to the Internet and turn it on then wait. If there is an update, it should pop-up automatically. To force an update, simply go to SETUP and select Software. Then click the UPDATE button. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish the process.
