Problem with the AlfaLocker software

I installed AlfaLocker on my PC, after some days I tried to open my locked file but I could not. I uninstalled it but again I cannot open my files, the file shows its size, but when I click on it, it leads to me hard drives, in short, I cannot open my files. How to open them?

You shouldn't have to uninstall the application if the files were locked. In this case, I believe the files will be lost forever because there is no way to decrypt them if you perform another installation of the main program. The problem is that when you install AlfaLocker and then lock files, it assigns some IDs to those files. The next installation of the application does not recognize those IDs no matter what you will do.
