Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

If the application does not appear in the uninstall list, then try using AdwCleaner. This application will extensively scan certain areas of registry and folders. It will eliminate everything which is bad for your computer.
