Why is it some of the logins are not shown in the system?

We are using FingerPrint Attendance System V2008 in the office. Every time I check the logins of the employees, only few are showing. Most of the log-ins are not displayed in the system. I need a record of the complete and updated attendance report of the employees. Please advise.

You will have to log in with an Administrator user in order to check the settings of the application. Start the software, login with the Administrator, then see the logs. This type of applications has a section where you can check the logs. This must be a setting that hasn't been configured properly. Check the log and then see the error that prevents you from getting information about the log-ins.
