First you should use the classical uninstallation method from Add or Remove programs in Control Panel and the official uninstall guide from Real Networks.

If you still have issues, Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.

The most common method to uninstall RealPlayer Cloud is to use the Add/Remove Programs utility in Control Panel. Please follow the guide below to remove the program within a few steps:

  1. Click on Start menu and navigate to Control Panel.
  2. Double-click on Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Find RealPlayer Cloud in the list of all installed programs and click on it.
  4. Click on Change/Remove and a warning message will pop up to ask your confirmation. Click on Yes to proceed. Then the removal process will start showing.
  5. Once the removal is finished, please go to Start, select Run, type “regedit” and press Enter.
  6. When the Registry Editor is opened, you have to remove the registry keys of RealPlayer Cloud within HKEYLOCALMACHINE\Software.
  7. Use the Windows search function to search for any files and folders of the program and delete them all.
  8. Reboot your computer.

If the guide above doesn't help you, then you can consider using a third-party uninstaller.

To uninstall RealPlayer Cloud without uninstalling other versions of Real Player go to the file folder:

C:/Program Files/Real/RealPlayer/RPDS

where you will find the Cloud uninstall command. Hope that helps, it worked for me.
