I own a SmartPen, but don't have the Install CD at home (it's at work). Can I download the drivers from the web?
Yes, you can install the necessary drivers and software from Web. Visit the support page and download the Livescribe Helper (Mac or Windows) then install it. The application already contains the necessary files for the pen to be installed in your computer. If you have recognition issues, try using the online guide available for this product.
