Do I need to be concerned about the heartbleed flaw using ArcSoft TotalMedia Backup. Does this software use OpenSSL?

No, this software does not use OpenSSL. You are safe to use it. On the other hand, the HeartBleed bug applies only to Linux versions of the program.
