Question about HotSpot Shield.

When l start to download HotSpot Shield in my phone (Nokia Lumia with Windows 8) it says I cannot download this file.

You cannot install Hotspot Shield in Nokia Lumia with Windows 8 because there is no support for VPN. Microsoft stated that in future releases they could add VPN support for Windows Phone.
