Help with Entrust protected file extraction.

I receive the following message: "An internal error has occurred. The password protected file was not successfully extracted."

If you receive that error messagem it means that application is not functioning as it should. This can be caused by the Windows version where the application is installed. Try running it in compatibility mode then unlock it, but first make sure to disable the CAPSLOCk key.
