Can someone help me upgrade my phone?

Is there any way to upgrade ZTE Boost Max from 4.1.2 to 4.4.2?

You cannot upgrade the phone to Android 4.4.2 because the development of Android for this particular phone stopped to 4.1.2. You can check for latest updates using Settings > About Phone > Software Update. A wireless Internet connection is required in this case.
