Try to restart the Print Spooler. In many cases a simple operation like this will allow you to continue the printing jobs. To do this, go to Start > Run and type services.msc. Locate Print Spooler in the list and the right click it. Select restart and the pending documents will start to be printed.
Even if you're using an online method to print, the files will still go through the Print Spooler service.
