I have Windows 7 64-bit. I have successfully installed the scanner driver in Windows according to instructions. The driver is not recognized. What is the problem?

I have Windows 7 64-bit. I have successfully installed the scanner driver in Windows according to instructions. The driver is not recognized. What is the problem?

If the driver did not successfully installed, I recommend you going to the Device Manager. Locate the item in the list and uninstall it then perform a refresh by pressing the F5 button and wait for the item to be detected. When it's detected, right click it and select Update driver and use the manual installing way. Point the window to the Program Files > Xerox folder and wait for finish.

Once this process completes, turn on the device and start scanning. You also need the software from the official website to work with the device.

This problem usually arises when you use Scanner driver for Windows Xp and install it in Windows 7.Visit the manufacturer website and download the correct version of driver and re-install it. I hope this will resolve your issue.

go to computer management and then go to the missing driver, right click on it then update the driver from the CD

you can download this driver i had the same problem and i have been searching for a solution until i found the below driver download it and have fun

download driver solution 2014 and run it after scanner attached
