I have problems with my Bluestacks. First it's freezing and can't move and it's not responding giving the following message:

C++ Runtime Error R6025

Secondly, I can't install APKs in a simple way. I have to click many times in order to install them. Lastly, I can't open my Play Store even if I already installed it. I am confused. Can you help me?

Try to update the Visual C++ Runtime packages first. You can do this by uninstalling your current ones from Control Panel > Uninstall a program. They're listed as Microsoft Visual Runtime Components. You can obtain the latest versions from the Microsoft website. You have the possibility to download Visual Runtime 2008 and 2010 which are the runtime packages used by Bluestacks.
