I am being told that I do not have the privileges to delete PileFile reminder and Oxy and I need to contact my system administrator. Can someone help me, ideally without downloading something else on my computer?
In order to uninstall the applications, you need to right-click on the uninstallers and to select Run as administrator. Then follow the self-explained steps to remove the software. If this doesn't work, you need to force them to uninstall using some free utilities like: Revo Uninstaller, IObit Uninstaller or ZSoft Uninstaller.
