Call Routing to technicians.

I have 5 help desk technicians at various locations throughout the US. I want to be able to provide a customer 1 Skype number and that call gets routed to one of the 5 technicians based on the time of day Will this software be able to do that Also, if the call rings 4 times with no answer, it gets routed to another technician. Is this also possible with the software?
