Can't print barcode even after installing barcode font (3 of 9 extended).

The S-Lib software in my school can't print barcode of the students ID, book ID and any other IDs. Even after barcode font has been installed on the PC, the software can't make use of that font to print out bar code. Instead, it just printed out normal font. e.g. "950124354657". Can any technical assistance be given?

The first thing to check is the presence of the font files in your Windows directory. Go to Start > Run > fonts. Scroll to the list of files until you see the ones you have installed. Secondly, restart the application then manually assign the fonts in the interface window. It's a big possible the software doesn't have support for the barcodes you have installed as these applications use only standard fonts created by the developers who also created the application.
