Installation of product, without a parallel cable.

How can I install the Microcadam Helix on to my new laptop that doesn't have a parallel 25 pin port? The new laptop only have serial and USB ports.

If your laptop doesn't have a parallel port, you can try to purchase and use for the installation an USB to RS232 DB9 Serial Cable. With this cable, you can connect your device that needs parallel port to your laptop using any USB port. You can find a cable like that on any retail website like Amazon or Ebay, or in your local electronics shop. You should be able to complete the installation in this way.
