The application can't play all the video in your library because of some reasons: the files are corrupted (their header is corrupt and RealPlayer can't read them), you are lacking necessary codecs, or the media files are encrypted. However, the most common problem is the lack of codecs. Try to install Combined Community Codec Pack. After the installation, restart RealPlayer Cloud and then try playing the files again.
