There is no version optimized to work in Windows 7 because there is no news about this application any more. The official developer doesn't exist which means that the only way to make the application work in Windows 7 is through virtualization or by using compatibility tweaks available within Windows 7.
First right click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility and choose Windows XP from the list, then attempt a run.
Secondly, install Virtualbox, then use the online guide to create a virtual machine. After Windows has been set up, drag the file to that and launch it.
