It should not be any kind of problems transferring files from your old version to a newer one. From then until this moment NameBase has not changed the format of its file. If you installed the new version on another computer, you can make the transfer using a USB device. If you want to uninstall the older version and install the new one in the same computer, I suggest you to move the files that you want to save in another folder and after the installation process is complete move them again in the program folder.
