Problem with this application

I have the app downloaded to my phone. Why is it downloaded to my phone while I have never added it?

I have this same problem and would like this question answered! I got an alert that Unified EULA is running but dont recall dowloading the application. Why is this app on my phone, and if I delete it would it mess my phone up?

There is no information about the software and its meaning. Most likely it was installed with another application or it's malware. For both situations, I recommend installing Malwarebytes to perform a scan.

This could also be an application for Enterprises. Scan the phone with Malwarebytes, or disable it using Settings > Applications > All > HYSerif (Force STOP and Disable).
